Bleach ending?

So word is that bleach is ending march 27th, I'm pretty disappointed since ending early is something that should never be done. Then again most people just keep talking about how it's a good thing cause of how bad the current manga arc is. I don't keep up with the manga but it can't be that bad? Right? Really? I mean they finally introduce another quincy and then decide to end the anime? Fuuuu....
