I found this YouTube video interesting.[/URL]

I am allowed to rob you (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngpsJKQR_ZE) ([U]link (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngpsJKQR_ZE))

Have you ever thought about this, does the government have the right to collect taxes from you?
poll answer is public.

okay no posts I can handle easily, but no poll posts annoys me.
Now that you have considered that the reason claimed as to why it is not illegal to rob you(collect taxes) is four pieces of paper from the seventeen-hundreds, what would you think when a government agent claims power under the constitution to take your stuff by force?

i voted on the 4 choice because of 2 reason, if someone tries to rob me ill give em everything i got and secondly it's epic, i bet if you actually says it the rober will laugh so hard that you can just walk away (no offence intended to the op)

sry dude i just seen this and sat thru the 10 min vid, honestly the constitution is nice and "for the ppl" but i think it mostly supports what congress and senators do....it just gives a false legality of what you can and can't do, put it this way if the right to bear arms was not in the constitution, do you think ppl still wouldn't obtain guns??? way i see it ppl are gonna do what they want peice of paper or not.......
sry if this seems more like a rant lol.....

I think unknown messed with the votes(I will see if I can get rid of it later)
Vicious I don't see why you'd apologize to me. It seems like you agree with me on the "false legality" thing but I see the constitution as more of a false authority.
I want someone out there to do this, go to the nearest court/law office or wherever you can find a competent lawyer and ask "Factually what is the constitution?" you will most likely hear something like "the law of the land". This sounds like a good answer but it is not, this answer tells you what the constitution says it is, I can make a piece of paper say it is an invading alien army, and that is what the constitution is, a piece of paper (not an invading alien army). Wow I got a bit side tracked so yeah, go to a court/law office and try asking factually what is the constitution in order to get a lawyer to answer that it is a piece of paper.

ahhh... okay, well that seems like a pointlessly cruel thing, for unknown to do

I can only assume it was unknown by the context but I changed it to what it is now, I might get rid of it later

I went to a lawyer and did that. I was informed that it was not paper but animal skin. (I couldn't find out how to spell what it's called) She also said that it was a document that said "these are the laws of the people of this place and if you don't want to live with it... get out, or we will make you. One way or another". (Her words, not mine. And the stress is on the first ten words.) Though to some extent I agree) But face it. If you were born to know one way, you will normally think that way. I thought about it and realized she was right. Go anywhere in the world, and their laws are right (for them) till some one says otherwise and most every one agrees with them. (Or has better firepower)

I don't know if you actually did go to a lawyer or not, but from the response you said they gave I believe you are either saying it to see if I jump on the chance to use your statement to add legitimacy to my post or you did speak with a lawyer and receive such a response, and if that is the case am very glad you didn't just assume me to be some nut-job-wacko(or maby you did, and still wanted to test it).

when she responded with such a response that amounts to little more that because we say so and don't question us on it, did you think that some of the other things you have been taught should be looked into a bit more than you have done in the past?

The Declaration, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights are written on parchment (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parchment), parchment (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parchment) is treated animal skin, typically sheepskin.

people are born to know a few things, as babies they will see brightly colored foods and objects appeasing and green and brown foods unappetizing
I don't believe babies are born to know how and in what way they should be taxed

I consider saying that because this piece of paper(parchment) written before you were born that you never had the opportunity to consider signing makes you subject to a tax law because you live within a certain area that they marked on a map to be equally as ridiculous to a gas station that draws a circle on a map and declares all people who live within the boundaries designated on the land owes them taxes for the service they provide to the neighborhood, and all who disagree with the tax can get out or risk being put in a cage.

you might want to take a look at the "the tiny dot" you-tube video I posted today, consider this. If 1% of the us population decided that they would no longer pay income taxes, and that 1% outnumbered the enforcer 100/1 would you personally pick up a gun/badge and a clip board to assist the enforcers enforce the tax laws?

so then(not meant as an attack) the government employes you to kill people.

By that I mean the job of the military is to follow orders or be fired/caged, and that order could be to kill someone.
You seem like a very happy person for such a harsh occupation, have you ever been sent oversees? Do you have any stories about the job you want to talk about?

You liked men yelling at you calling you scum(you can get that easier on Craigslist) making you crawl through scum(Craigslist) and watch propaganda films(check the mainstream news).

What did you think of the original video that I posted?

It is still interesting to hear it from him, he was jailed for willfully not mailing a piece of paper through court proceeding where the judge admitted that he believed the man did not believe he had an obligation to mail it. he is good with words and it is made to entertain.

It depends who you are talking about. The governments of the world don't have the right to rob us but they do. You may not rob me. If you find what loop holes you need to go thru to rob people let me know.
