Depends on what kind of games you like/looking for. I would buy a PS3 though.

you should because some of them work with PS2 games so you would get the same feeling only with a HD feeling.

well, the online services are free (except they just got attacked :|) but so far, im happy with my ps3 :) i have an xbox360 (3 years old that 3rl'd just a month ago), a wii, and a ps3. and you know that some games look slightly better on the xbox than the ps3 counterpart, there's a new game LA noire that looks better on ps3.

Go for it. Just make sure to find out what hard drive size you want and compatibility for your needs as the buyer and have a blast. Been enjoying mine for about a year now.:dancing:::D::dancing::lightsaber:

Besides the network getting hacked, the PS3 has many amazing qualities. I don't have the funds right now, but when I have a little extra spending money I'll be getting one for sure! I think that if you're a true Gamer at heart, you should own most consoles...save for Wii. DISLIKE! >.<

I like my ps3. Had it a couple months and im always on it. I like the controller more than the xboxs. The games are good and the net is free. Iv got it hooked up to the big flatscreen in my room, and can watch streaming tv, movies and anime on it.
This is a good site for ps3, otherwise a google search finds anything you want to watch.
