Not a lightsaber exactly, but there is the Spyder III (http://gizmodo.com/5560206/the-spyder-iii-pro-arctic-is-a-real-life-lightsaber) laser...

Though it would be kinda hard to get if you live beyond the US borders... (http://www.stuff.co.nz/technology/3825440/Extremely-dangerous-lightsaber-for-sale). Not that I would advise you to.

Couldn't agree more with Axe.
Why would you want light,sound emitting sword that gives your positions away the moment you turn it on? Instead of unloading some bullets in a guy, or guys if you got some heavy bolters^^
