Pain haunts my every core
But beauty kills me so much more
Just one breath
You devise
A tragic fantasy
Embrased with lies

Waking fear wins my war
I could not take this anymore
Just I, searching
For a heart once lost
now found
But at what cost?

The way that I interpret this poem is as the description of an inner-war. A mess of confusion and chaos but enough peace to make out the circumstances. Thoughts that haunt your mind relentlessly. Certain parts can be translated a number of ways depending on the person but the poem holds a deeper, sadder meaning to me, personally.

*stares at the screen* *still staring at the screen* *awestruck* How do you do that?! These poems are brilliant. I love them.
