In order to get this site back on it's feet we need active forums, this is an attempt to create one.

in this thread you will post "little known facts" or comment on ones previously posted,I will begin.

If a handicap parking space has the painted figure on the ground but not the sign it is not a legal handicap parking space and you could park there if you wanted to.

i parked in a handy caped once there was no sign i had fought with my city hall so they had to put signs up. and i didn't have tro pay the fine ($150)

Actually color is only present in light so everything is colorless when the lights are switched off...
