Obviously Yugi/Dark Yugi are the only choice for categories 1, 2, & 4. Probably the others too but I'll have to look.

For catagory 3, it would have to be Goku's first transformation into Super Sayain 3 in Dragonball Z.

For best use of hair in combat: Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, with Bobobo himself using his nose hairs, armpit hairs and whatever pops out of his afro top.

For anti-hair..... Ikkaku Madarame
