ive only really heard of a hand full, i grew up watching dragon ball z and nights of the zodiac in spanish.

then I will get some of the normal first ones listed off first, naruto, bleach, one piece, death note, detective conan and others but I don't feel like listing them right now.

first suggestion, anime chat/discussion forum. there's dozens upon dozens of threads about this same thing.
second (and best) suggestion, anime reviews. rather than going off some random name some dude gave you, you get info, summaries, and thoughts from other members.

great show is all. If you don't give it your full attention it can be a little tricky to follow, but once you get used to everything they're talking about, then it starts to make a whole lot of crazy sense.
Solid stories, well produced, awesome fights, and it's ahead of it's time as far as anything of the genre's concerned (worldwide for that matter).

Anyway, i would suggest Code Geass but since you seem to be kind of a beginer I would put it off till later but its your call.

i have already seen Code Geass,that one is pretty cool.
