World Destruction?

Okay no offense the forums are getting kind of boring so i just wanna throw this out there and i wanna read your responses to this question: What concept or thing will eventually lead to the end of the world as we know it(although there probably already some key ones out there.):scaried::dead::serious:

but i think itll be the powers between nations that will ultimately bring us down, one big dispute over all the nations, one final war to do the job, but that wont be for quite a while, possibly not even in our lifetime

At some point nukes will go off but that won't end us. There will always be someone left if we try to kill each other through arms. Then there's disease. We can survive those too. Ultimatly nature itself is the only thing that can end us, be it the transformation of our sun into a red giant, a massive meteor that strikes (Causing the skies to darken, temps to drop, ultimatly a lack of food and supplies and an inability to stay warm) or total global flooding.

maby the mega volcano under Yellowstone park will erupt, with the ash/sulfur and other crap in the air will cause plants to die, leading to famon poverty disease and ultimately an ice-age(it's happened before)

I think that there will be a war in the middle east, which will quickly turn nuclear. When that happens, all hell will break loose.

Also, the world is already bieng destroyed, I don't wanna sound so "nature loving", but, if things keep up the way it is, it won't be long till it's completely wasted, due to the global worming.

Wars are out of the question in my opinion. it's more of a HUMANITY destruction than the actual world.

that's not what it's about, I think it has to do with the temperature going up for the same date of the previous years in the arctic causing the ice to melt faster that it is replenished making the ocean level rise. not scared yet? well with the normal slope of sand at a beach, for every 3 inches the ocean goes up you loose about 1 yard of open sand.

Oh, so it only is going to get warmer up there, and nowhere else....I see. Some *GLOBAL* warming - it should be called artic warming to be more accurate.

it is warming everywhere but a large portion of worry is in in the arctic circles, there are other problems in other areas that are being recorded and studied.

Global warming is a condition of climate, which is the condition of weather over an extended period of time. doubting the existence of a climatic condition like global warming because of a weather condition like winter is like saying the sun doesn't exist because it is covered in clouds. You could say that but you'd be wrong. Just because the earth's temperature is going up on average every year, doesn't mean the earth stops moving. While things will be warmer this year than they were last year. The seasons still pass by normally, and of course summer is hotter that winter.

I'm not talking about one lousy year or one lousy month. I'm noticing that temperatures are getting COLDER. I doubt global warming, I'm more of a believer in global cooling.

I'm shivering more than I'm getting warm where I live as the years pass.
