A lot of people claim they won't run but they will stay and fight. Well not me. I'm gone man. I figure a good place of refuge would be an island or a boat. I mean, think about it, in any zombie movie, do the zombies ever swim? No. Therefore they must be unable to cross water.

eh, I'm with Koopaking. fighting zombies is dumb, there's no glory in it, and if you get turned you're not even cool, like vampires or werewolves. but, I'm thinking space shuttle. I mean, how useless would a zombie be in 0G?

First thing im doing is heading over to my work (LOWES) and completly decking my self out Ash style with a chainsaw arm, then im hitting up the nearest Mart type store for food and more weapons. From there im going to stage my resistance, i'll be damned it those roting corpses will take over my town.......also ill watch a bunch of movies and anime cuz you never know when one of the buggers will get you

everybody head for the nearest military bunker, then get the USAF and RAF to air strike the world...keep those zombie scum out of the bunkers with mounted machine guns, grenades, and plenty of propane gas (dont forget to aim for the head!). dont worry about food, it'll be over before anybody starves. Army rations = more than enough.

Plan B: evacuate to underwater bases and nuke all landmass. we can start over on Mars.

if zombies ever attacked i dont know wat i would do. i guess it depends on the situtaion. if it turns into a global epidemic just going to a army base most likely wont be enough. decking myself out with crazy weapons would probably work for a short while until i start getting mentally disabled caused of the constant horror im experiencing. to be honest i would nuke everything in sight if i could.

I would not take refuge.. i would stand and fight them,, cut them up into tiny peices until they were none left.. probly take refuge at a HEB or Walmart so i won't starve while i fight them off and protect love ones.!

Will if zombies were to attack i would take out a sniper gun if they are at a sniping distance, but if they are at close distance to me i would take out my katana and slice their heads off.

Me i do not know what i would do maybe run with my tail between my legs hide some place underground where i could bring survivers build up new make weapons to kill zombies maybe something bio like that stops the rise of any more zombie and turns the one already animed back to death.

Ive got a plot of land 50 miles outside of town, food and supplies for a year, dug deep underground. Surrounding Land is fertile. Roughly 100 people know of this place, with instructions to flee there if things get bad. I expect less than 20 will make it.

oh man, i actually had a dream last night that everybody had some zombie like disease and I was trying to get away from them. Everybody I tried to bring with me ended up being to slow and got had too. Eventually I ended up in a boat, well 2 little kid size dinghys and a hockey bag inbetween (don't ask) like a catamaran. I coasted around for a long time and when I got back to land, robots had developed their own society, and the zombies were just braindead people strolling around. no brain eating, no fits of rage. amazingly enough my makeshift boat worked on land and I was cruising the highways in it.

So why wait for it?! Lez kill all the scientist in the world and kill science and replace it with virtual worlds tech like .hack or something where you can do all you want and you look like an anime, you can't die, and you can create as many selves you want.

If zombies get released you all better be the one they see so they contained easily. Go train at an arcade first.

I would stay at home playing Ps2, they would never come to Portugal b/c we don't have lots of people for them to eat, even if they'd come I'd wait for them to eat the rest of the world first, then I'd pick some guns or any weapon and beat the crap out of those zombies but I think they probably ended killing me lol

personally i'd rather grab some seeds and soil, fishing tackle and a few other groceries and then head out for an oil rig in the middle of the gulf of mexico....i hear the fishing's good there, and i don't think zombies can swim....can they?

damn just thinking about zombie apocalypses make me shiver. sometimes you sit and think...what the hell would I (as individuals), or rather, COULD I do? its actually really scary to think about. we can reassure ourselves with escape plans, and mentally drill ourselves as many times as we want, but when the shit hits the fan, i dont think an effective zombie defence exists. when they come they come, and it will be so sudden that the survival rate would practically be 0. "run to the nearest walmart/mall". do you realize how many bites you'll take just trying to get out of your neighborhood? how many of us own guns? how fast can you load the weapon and fire it accurately under pressure? and when your ammo runs out, how many of us can fight a zombie in hand to hand combat without a single scratch? "you dont have to reload katanas" can you even use a katana?
