They sparkle and twinkle
Very, very brightly
As those magical stars
Shoot through the sky
Whipping off the pale blue light
And painting on dark strips of blue and purple
I look out at the sky through my window
And fly.............
Sparks swarm around me
Dancing there magical dance
My smile fuels that dance
The stars keep me high up in the sky
Holding me
Keeping me safe
The moon sings to me
Its soft lullaby
My heart beat flutters
Like the wings of a butterfly
Just like those butterfly kisses
Mother used to give
As I keep flying I see the Sun
Racing to catch the Moon
Knowing it never can
But still Running
So now I'm in my bed...................
