Well I feel the same way honestly although to tell the truth I was away for a helluva lot longer than a month. It really does make me feel like a jerk for missing so much, but I have to say, if people are leaving then they probably have a pretty good reason in their lives to do so. Although I'm sure everyone knows this, all we can do is be as supportive as possible of their reasons for leaving and welcome them back with a surprise party, a million dollar prize just for being awesome, and most importantly, open arms.
