the king of pop is no more. All things aside, I'm sorry to see him go.

I'm still in shock, I've loved him my entire life. Been my top favorite all along. *frowns* I don't want to believe it. I had the chance to meet him when I was a lot younger, I wish I had taken it now. I'll never forget him, definately the King of Pop. Number one in my books. Always loved of course.

I'd repremend everyone whose ever put him down and hated him all this time. He was only human, and less you've forgotten no one's perfect.

We love you Michael!

I was sitting nicely on the couch playing Pokemon Gold when My brother came running into the house yelling "HURRY TURN ON THE TV AND GO TO THE NEWS" At that moment when i found out I was in shock. Also about 5 minutes later all of the tvs in my whole house were on the same channel, listening to the same news station.

OMFG I can't believe he is dead. R.I.P Micheal Jackson.

Also while I was waking up today, I always have my radio on because I can't sleep with out music playing in the back ground (It helps with my sleep paralysis...) while waking up the very first thing I heard on the radio today was "Farrah Fawcett is dead..." HOLY CRAP...
They say things happen in 3's I wonder whats next..

Yeah, I heard about it like 2 hours ago. I couldn't believe it. It's such a huge loss. Seriously, I've always appreciated his music ever since I was a child. He was one of the kind. He was the best.

ya, farrah succumbed to cancer. She was out of my generation. I dont' think I ever saw anything with her in it, with the exception of her infamous poster.

I thought it was odd that I was hearing so much mj everywhere today until I turned on the radio and they said he'd been rushed to the hospital. I didn't find out he was dead until i got home.
a low blow to my childhood. I still remember being eyeballed singing BAD out loud with my headphones on when I was wee.

*sighs* It's ashame what this generation will remember him as too. A freak which he was far from being. He was an artist, a king, a legend. He was well loved though. Hopefully he will be remembered for his brilliance and not his so called "freakiness" *curses everyone who ever thought of him in that manor*

Good times, good times.

Micheal Jackson was a bit before my time, but I practically grew up on his music and some others. I was a bit shocked, and all they're releasing right now is that he died of Heart attack. It'll be a bit before the coroner's report gets out and we see what actually caused his death. I'm not sure why, but I find it funny that Micheal Jackson's death is getting more attention than that of Farrah Fawcett, who is one of Hollywood's hottest female icons. then again, being the king of pop, Micheal Jackson deserves more attention.
THE KING IS DEAD! LONG LIVE THE KING!!!

He died...

died he did.
All that's said is a heart attack, which I wouldn't be surprised about. I'd heard bits here and there over the last month or two saying he'd been checking into hospitals. I guess he must've had a condition or something.

I believe his death was a loss to music, but nothing else. He seemed like a worthless person to me, damn pedo bear. He was monster, I don't care if you like his music, that's fine but do you understand what he did? there is no reason to way music goes over an importance of a child. I for one, don't wish for anyones death but I don't think this is a "tradgedy".

I will speak ill of the dead, because there was nothing good about him except his music. He was a failure as a person, I find it hard to believe everyone suddenly likes him now just because he is dead. I keep my opinion, based on facts, that he is a failure as a human being. RIP.

The few years prior to Elvis Presley's death, things were slowing down for him. He wasn't appearing in media, concerts, releasing songs. When he died, business execs. were saying "it's the best career move he made," because they were taking him for granted. When he died, they realized there was no more of the King of rock n' roll. Also, he is the highest earning dead celebrity.

Michael Jackson has now joined the pantheon of the immortals. His merchandise will sell like hot cakes, his songs will be played; they're probably working on a new greatest hits and his new songs will be in it - they will most likely go to number one. Hollywood has probably got a movie in the works, there is countless supplements with newspapers and they'll most likely remember him for his music, not his downfalls.

I was talking about failure as a person not in the career standpoint. =/.....
