Drawing Mangas/Animes. Advices.

Hi!

I'm a big fan of Anime and have been watching it for about 1 year. And i have just starting to try drawing Animes or Mangas? (Dont know what it calls :P).
I'm not that good tho, but i dont really know where to start drawing. I was wondering to start with the face, but also there i dont rly know where to start. Should i start drawing the eyes or start drawing the hear?
If you are a skilled drawer please give me some good advices.

I don't have the talent to draw anime. All I can draw are anime weapons.

Well i can draw.. and i always start with the hair.. or whatever is the center most part of the picture.. it lets you know where everything is.. and or will be
