Hardest Boss Battle Ever?

Similar to my other thread: " Most Disguisting Boss Ever? ", what is the hardest boss battle you have ever seen or experienced while playinmg a game? For me it would honestly have to be Taboo from "Super Smash Brothers Brawl" or THE HAG1 from " Banjo Kazooie ". Taboo mainly was diffiuclt due to all of his strong moves, alone with his one hit kill move. That and the fact that he tends to move around a lot whenever you try to attack him. As for THE HAG1, this boss is hard soley because it is near impossible to kill it. It starts off hard and gets harder throughout the fight, leaving you somewhat helpless agianst it. But that is merely my opinion. So what is the hardest boss you have ever encountered?

For me the hardest boss was and will be General Ramm from Gears of War. He is a total badass and right when you think you injured him enough to give him the final blow he attacks you. And it doesnt help that ur fighting with little light and if you step in the dark you get attacked by those damn flying bird/bat creatures.... and bc of this boss i have yet been able to beat GoW even with a friend.

Well nowadays as my skills have increased I don't really think many bosses are too difficult anymore...

But I think one of the most difficult bosses I've ever fought, wasn't even the final boss of the game, and everyone I've ever heard who has played this game is mostly unanimous on declaring him the hardest boss... is Boost Guardian from Metroid Prime 2 Echoes. It's only in the second area, towards the beginning of the game still! No light crystals, hardly any energy units, and this fast mother fucker shooting around while you constantly lose health. Go to hell Boost Guardian. When I first played Echoes I quit playing the game for almost a year because I could never beat this guy.

Um...HAG1 is incredibly easy. And it's from Tooie, not Kazooie. Clockwork Kazooie eggs are your friend...in fact it can't even take very many clockwork egg hits.

The hardest boss I've encountered? Probably one of the bosses from Ikaruga. The third boss, I suppose, just because I still kinda suck at the timing of that one.

The Final Bowser form in Super Mario 64 after you've gotten every star (I literally once was throwing him for half an hour trying to hit one last bomb)

Kintaro in mortal kombat 2 that fucker has an attack that takes you down to under half health and you can't hurt him to stop it. The last quick draw fighter in Red dead revolver and the Governor is a pest too. Oh and the final boss in gun. In Guilty gear XX number reload the midnight carnival I-no is a bitch to beat too because she has an overly powerful special move but I beat her once in arcade and then never could again. In King of fighters 2003 The final boss is impossible to beat the 1st time through you have to use the aid thing to win.

I seem to get frustrated really easily and it bugs me, having to put down the controller before I smash it to pieces.. however there were a few bosses that threw me for a loop.

One was in one of the newer Spyro's I cannot recall the name but it was seriously the first boss you had to defeat to move on and I just coulden't do it.

Then there was the one in the second Tales of Symphonia, one of the final bosses where you had to defeat Alice and Decus, took me a long while to defeat those two

Shen Long in bloody roar 2. I could brutalize every other character in that game on the highest setting, but I was never able to beat him. I came damn close one time and never stepped up to the challenge again.
Also, fenrir and bloodbane in valkyrie profile were pretty harsh fights to go into unprepared (which is damn easy to do since you have nowhere to go once you reach them).
the 10th level of the cave of trials in star ocean 2. it's a wall in the way of progress.

If you're picking a god of war boss, let's go with somthing stronger: I'd pick Ares, and then for the second game I'd choose that one annoying-as-hell boss that time travels you back to the first game, fighting ontop of the giant sword left by Ares.

Clock tower 3 final boss!It really wasn't that hard but I've meet grown men who couldn't beat it..so ya-put that I ur pipe an smoke it.I can understand an if u've ever played it u could too.Most fortunately i've never faced a boss that toke me more than 1 try!.It wasn't difficult 4 me but it was the most complex strategy I've ever used. I'd like to see u beat it.In the final boss fight ur stronger than ever before the problem being he's about 3× ur agility an strength well he's a grown man an he hasn't spent his life on the couch.If u can catch my drift.So ur weapon a golden bow an arrow witch emits a golden flare problem ?u have to stand in 2 postion 4 like 10 secs charging itOnce ur bow emits its third level u can bind him 4 a short amount of time.his life fills the screen while ur attack do little 2 no damage with ur 1/8 of his life he take quite a toll.but don't forget to bind him or ur in trouble u have about half the top of the clocktower so u can't afford 2 make any mistakes on breaking grounds.-JA::D:

for me, i have two since one isn't considered a legit boss fight. the one that i've found the hardest was in a modded gh3 disk for wii with all the dlc, and the devil had surfing with the alien and those trills are impossible if he uses double notes on that, but once again, it was a hack so thats not a legit fight. i guess the hardest real boss is in ffx, that time you fight seymour at the top of the mountain, and doing that No Sphere Grid challenge.

Any game where you have to score a perfect to unlock something or a secret boss like in Shinobi for PS2, Devil May Cry series, Castlevania: Lament of Innocent, Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, Kingdom Hearts 1&2, Mega Man series (when you choose the wrong boss with the wrong weapon). There are others, but I don't want to reminence about it:weep:
