I think there;s something like this, but if I'm looking for a genuine every time guaranteed to give a chuckle anime, I'd go with samurai pizza cats...there's others of course, but that one's just got the cheesy stuff to the well thought out jokes in it. pure classics.

Well, its not a whole anime, but part of one. And that is Naruto, when Lee fights Kimimaro. I was drunk as hell when I watch it tooooooooo. But it was still funny as hell to me.
