This odd survey comes from somthing called the Reputation Institute which looks for the top 200 companies of reputation and excellence (I assume).
Nintendo oddly enough comes up at number 6, behind Ferrero (Apparently a chocolate factory), Ikea ( Furnature, Bath, and Kitchen), and Johnson & Johnson (Skin products, soaps, lotions, what have you).
Microsoft didn't come up too far behind at 30, while Sony is at 126. Also note that this is actually Nintendo's first time being judged on the list, while Microsoft has gained rank and Sony lost rank on this list.
They do make a point that Microsoft and Sony aren't purely gaming (What, you didn't know?? What cave did you crawl out of?), while Nintendo is the only pure gaming company on the list, which means there's only one aspect it needs to be judged on.
