It's unfinished but it's done COMPLETELY in photoshop, with no filters....
just patience LOTS OF PATIENCE...no pen
tool was involved or WACOM...Do not question the
shadow on the right, there will be a second apple I'm just laying in darkness slowely...

It's 1000x1000 so yeah, I need to do this for a competition.

a few bad things with this... the light that reflects in the apple shows that the light is comming from some kind of window from the front in which case the shadow should be behind the apple... second, the bottom of the apple looks... 'deflated'... it doesnt have that 'apple bottom' that it should have... third, the top in the center of the apple where it cuts off and the stem thingy comes out, try to make it more rounded instead of cut off like that... give it a feeling of 'sinking' inside the center from which the stem thingy comes out of.

otherwise it looks well cone, just a few minor adjustments to be made.
i do hope ur looking at an apple as u make this and try to capture its rawness more over its smoothness...
