Yes, once again ol' Jack gets himself into the news. The Supreme Court (State or national I'm not sure) is considering a plea by Jack Thompson to listening to his case about overturning his dis-barrment from last year due to un-ethical statements, practice, actions, and bigotry, most of which came from his heading of court cases involving people who killed and put the blame on videogames.

Frankly, I don't think there is much chance that they will overturn the decision. He's already still fresh in the minds of gamers for all the crap he's done, and his recently failed attempt at a law against retailers who sell mature rated games to minors has only exposed him to those who didn't know about him previously.

Thankfully, Jack Thompson's attempt has fallen flat. The U.S. (Yes, the U.S, not state) Supreme Court refused to hear Thompson's case, which would hopefully mean that he would give up. After all, if you can't get by the highest level of authority outside of the presidential office then you don't have much chance.

Not so fast though! According to Thompson, he has 4 other methods that can get him back into being a total dick of a lawyer once again, and that the Supreme Court route was admittedly the weakest of his plans to do so. Next question, what other methods could he possibly use??

The only other thing I can see happening is that he tries to get admitted into a Bar Accociation (Basically a group for lawyers) in another state, but I'm not sure if the court that disbarred him keeps him from instating into an accociation in other states or just from Florida.
