It's a style of drawing, when drawing anime characters instead of them being drawn normally the character is drawn all "cute-like" ¬_¬ small, no nose and whatnot.

if u gave chibi noses then that would take away from the smooth line of the face since they want to give it a cuteness they round out the face thats why unless it is a shot from strait in frount of it there will be no nose
