That's right, the strange to pronounce city of Ottumwa has claimed to be the videogame capital of the world, a name and title so far which hasn't been challenged.
Why this city? The Twin Galaxies Arcade. Why this arcade? Hell if I know, I'm out of it and I can't follow that much.
In any case, they plan on Tournaments, Hall of fames, a Museum, and probably tacky nic nacs to use as conversation pieces.
Do you think that this city should have claim? Personally I think it needs to be wherever the very first videogame was invented.
