View Full Version : What's the best RPG ever?

I think that either Fallout3 or Oblivion might be the best RPG ever. Just because there were alot of quest to do, the graphics were good, there was a ton of fun things to discover, they had good storylines, and they were pretty violent games. So what's your favorite RPG? :hands:

I think that either The Witcher or Neverwinter Nights is the best rpg ever though I agree on that Oblivion is great too :)

Does WoW consider a rpg? If so I said wow, never running out of things to do lol. If not I said Oblivion was freaking awesome, right now I'm still working on fall out 3 which is pretty good so far.

Yes, WOW is an RPG and an MMO. so it does count.

wow thats a hard question i love all rpg games but i hav 2 say the final fantasy series

Well, I've been playing the FF-series since -98, so instinctively I'd say something there (FFVI, VII, X, XII). Oblivion has really sweet graphics and I love the functions in it, so that's high up on my list as well. Hmm... Breath of Fire 2 works as well *shrugs* Cannot quite decide.

Actualy, the game is an RPG...Actually no it isn't, and in theory no video game would fit the correct definition of RPG. There's a very big difference between what RPG is, and games that have that label because it has leveling up aspects.

me personally would obviously pick final fantasy 7, but i that wasn't a choice i would have to pick final fantasy 9 hehe

I really hope you don't mean the first game in the series, because it's pretty awful compared to most better RPGs.
