Back on Topic:
Rasengan is not exactly a technique that is incomplete, it's more like it can be upgraded since even simple rasengan works fine.
Chidori is a strong but it is true that it wastes too much chakra!

I think rasengan is much better because chidori can only be used as a killing attack while rasengan just knocks you off. If you want to kill the guy you can just stab a kunai in his throat after knocking him off :dead: ! Besides, rasengan (I think) wastes less chakra! Finally, anyone can use it but chidori can be used only by ninjas that use lightning! Well there you have it :happy:

Oh, I thought this was a question about who would win in a fight between Sasuke and Naruto(period) Not about which skill would triumph the other...(sighs). Don't mean to sound like an ass (is that even a logical way of explaining my actions? whatever) or anything sick like sounding like an ass, but does it even matter who's technique would win or fail? I mean, cmon, either way you look at it, naruto is going to win in the end. He is, after all, the main character and as you know the main character always finds a way to beat the bad guy.

SCENARIO

Kakashi: "Use the Rasengan!!"

Naruto: "RaaSengan!!!!"

Sasuke: *counters with chidori, canceling both rasengon and chidori simultaneously*

Naruto: "It didn't work....what do i do now, Kakushi!?!?!"

Kakashi: :o.o: "Uhhhh, s***....one sec!! *reachs into pockets, pulls out two small wooden objects and throws them to Naruto*

Naruto: *catches the two wooden objects* :oo: "To-Toothpicks?!?!"

Kakashi: "Use the toothpicks...they were given to me by the Fourth, himself!"

Naruto: "Right!...Take this you backstreet boy reject! Toothpicks of the Nine Tailed FOX!!"

Sasuke: *attempts to use chidori on the toothpicks but fails to stop them and gets stabbed in the jugular* "Damn that Naruto and his righteous fury...damn the role of protagonist...damn them ahhhLLLLL....:beaten:...:dead:

Naruto: "I did it Kakushi...it's finally over, we...we won."

Kakashi: :o.o: *slaps Naruto* "Of course we did, how else could we avoid being original!!"
