Gonna agree with Q-Chat in this one, Jackie chan's movies are good, most of them at least.
And also Bruce Lee, may not be as "entretaining" as the Jackie Chan movies, but they sure got a lot of action::D:

I would stick to the predictable recommendations such as Jet Li, Jackie Chan, Bruce Lee, Chuck Norris, Jean-Claude Van Damme, and Chow Yun Fat movies. But i wont do IT!!! You need a small yet substantial dose of Kung Fu Hustle, too much and you might die of laughter.

well if you're looking for something rather new age and westernized, then also try some of the high production titles like iron monkey, hero, crouching tiger hidden dragon, house of flying daggers, etc.
If you wanna get old school and f*ck the productions then there's way more awesomeness to check out, like shogun assassin, and the old shaolin/wu tang movies.

wasn't it from the wind generated from the kick?

What about those Japanese kung foo films. I find those to be better than what Hollywood puts out. Looks alot better for asians to be doing all the karate moves than watching Americans as well.

that's what I thought, but it moves sideways too much, to the point that I wonder if it's just some dude just off camera left with good timing blowing them all out. It's a heavy kick regardless.

I agree with Mugen, Tony Jaa is just TOO cool.
My favourites are Ong Bak and Tom Yum Goong.
You'll run the walls after seeing them.
