Anime that ends with you saying "wtf"

ok i just finished watching kekkaishi and it was great but like so many animes it left me hanging so much.....i just wanted to go shoot someone bc i want to know how the story ends like so many other animes its like the guys that make them just love to piss you off never knowing now it ends...i cant even name all the animes that just leave you hanging as u try to find the next episodes that should be there that they never made!!!!! sorry...alittle pissed at the moment thats the 4th on in 2 weeks that left me hanging saying WTF.

-When I was finished with this 2 episode OVA, I was like "WTF?! Is that all?!". It had a good story that they could really have built into a 13 episode anime but NOOOOO! they had to cut it after 2 eps...

But seriously, a lot of Anime end like that since its hard to put a stop to anime. Take Full Metal Panic, they finished the 3rd season a while back but there is still room for more and the audience expected more.

I'm not even going to talk about naruto since that "Piece of Crap" just doesn't end, "Definitely not the way you'd probably expect it to"

LoL... its kinda sad that when you really think about it... when it came to ending a season... Yu-gi-oh was the best at ending things... then since it was a cash cow they had to go and keep it going... and it worked until GX started... then everything just went downhill from there...

Then, maybe because I was used to anime series really never ending (I was a huge yu-gi-oh fan when I was younger, naruto was just always around, pokemon was EVERYWHERE, the list goes on and on)... I was shocked and 'almost' went into a manic depression when Death Note ended... (watched all the episodes with my buddy Ashley in a three day period... *cough* who is somewhere on this forum)...

Then there was Elfan Lied... (which I watched in one day... horrible decision LOL... my Soul Eater fans will probably remember what happened after everyone read Cronas poem... pretty much the same thing after watching E.L. back to back) and that too was a, "Come on, REALLY?"

Then finally I remember the madness that was the finale of Grenadier... not really a WTF on the ending... but more or less how it got to the ending... hard to explain... but yeah...

There seriously has to be a third season of vampire knight guilty in the future or at least some sort of special, just SOMETHING.

Witch Hunter Robin was another one that left you with that feeling. It really felt like it should have been led to another season. I agree with everything else everyone has mentioned so far too. Oh, also Hunter x Hunter. Poorly ended I think.

Akira left me thinking "WTF!?" It seriously confused the hell out of me.Of course that could be because I was a bit young at the time of my viewing it.

I agree with preceding coments on vampire knight guilty. Anything I could say someone has beeten me to it. Altough I am watching eurika 7 and wolf's rein, I havent finished them so don't spoil it! The Efs left me with WTF mainly becuse I was amaised, not unfufilled. Ballad of a shinigami made me want more, to the point I was upset. The last one I'll mention for now is Xam'd, which was just confusing. I'll come back for more when all my WTFs are organised.

School days is the only anime I can think of where I actually said "wtf". It was surprising and everything but I think I was disturbed by the events that took place in that episode more than anything to be honest.

Ghost in Shell: Stand Alone Complex...I haven't really officially started it yet, but I pulled off Volume 2 from the library and watched a few episodes. But at the end of every single episode I was :o.o: all the time!!! And the theme song at the end fitted so well with my emotion too. The ending was awesome but it seriously just left me like ".......wait......wait a minute.....no NO WAY..............come on..........hahaha oh god that's good."

Elfen Lied: I was left wondering what happened! It was a mysterious ending but not necessarily bad. Actually, I liked the ending even though it was really sad!

Shingetsutan Tsukihime: Same here. I liked it but it was kinda mysterious and sad!

Fate Stay Night: saaaaaaaaaaad ending! But I liked it , even though I would prefer a happier one!

Death Note: not really a wtf ending but more of a bad ending. N was like "I owned you by chance Light and I am so cool"!

Trinity Blood: I really didn't expect that ending and it left a lot of things unexplained and unfinished! But, I liked it because it feels like the battle between Good and Evil never ends (or more like it goes on for a long time)! Well there should be a 2nd season but the creator sadly passed away so, the anime stopped and only the manga keeps going.

Finished Casshern Sins, Ringo was beautiful order but I was confused about Cassherns disapperance.
