Incidentally Lee the 2nd one was my last. I made it a while ago to burn out the megavideo timelimit. I still have 2 or so more epsiodes to watch before the I break the limit again. I'll probably make a nice scifi sig for that song. Well the most recent sigs I've made are all scifi so.....

I like all of your signatures. Very nice work. I've noticed you have changed your style gradually. You don't use as many colors anymore.. and you're trying to make it look monochromatic. I'd like to download some of the fonts you use :P

Makes me jealous that you can do such things. I hope to be able to that in a couple of years as I'm in school for it. XD
I do not see a reason for which you cannot do it now! You are 18 years old, why do you want to wait another couple of years? And you do not need to go to school to learn some basic stuff and develop your skills from there... The time is .:NOW:. :)

The one for Axe Man is my fav. I had fallen in love with that green colour :O And the character is nice too ^^ The elf is cute too :)

I actually learned the basics of the basics from Viesta but he refuses to show me anything else so I told Vak that he'll have to teach me ::D:

Using Photoshop isn't that hard, I'm not an art student but I find it fun. Much better than anything I did in art over my three years of doing it.

Well he told me that he won't teach me anything new unless I get the original Photoshop instead of Elements :crying:

It's true though, I agree with Viesta if you don't have at least Photoshop 7 it is hard to teach you all that we know. Besides why would you want to make signatures? It's so stressful. People demanding "I wantz my sigz nowz!?!?!" While you're having an artist block blaw blaw blaw. It's all about the darkness and depth baby!

The programs I need I don't have. So schooling is the option unntil I get Photoshop or whatever else there is. :P

Is anyone of you in college or have someone in family who goes to college? If yes, then you could go onto Adobe's website (http://tryit.adobe.com/us/cs4/studenteditions/index.html?sdid=DQDJG) and see if you could get the student's version and save some money. [I'm just trying to help]
I remember that Adobe had some great promotions last year and year before and they were selling CS2 or CS3 for really good price. Or you could at least download the trial for 30 days to play a little bit. Other than that... you could try other freeware that is available online.

Although, I wish your sigs were slightly bigger. Since I have a high resolution monitor... they seem to be quite tiny -___-"

I didn't really understood what you mean right here so I'll make a bright sig that is very big just for you dear spirit ;)

Hehehee.... I thought what I said was clear.
The format of your work is too small. I assume, you have a standard-resolution monitor therefore the images seems to look "large" on your screen.
I, on the other hand, have one of the highest resolution monitors [1920x1200]that is why images of lower resolution and format look too small/crappy and it's hard to distinguish the details in your work.

Speaking of Hatsune sig - you didn't have to brighten it up :/ It looked good the way it was! I said "bigger" not brighter xD *smiles*
Btw, I can tell you just resided your original sig - because this one looks kinda pixelated (it's visible on Hatsune's face).

I hope you are going to understand me this time. :dizzy:

->Um... that's actually a um... mistake on my half >.> I'll fade in the sharpen next time like Chloe told me. And if you look a lil closer it's a completely different image.
The 1st Hatsune sig has an ugly wind effect that I now regret adding in going from the left to the right and the Hatsune render is cropped more and if you look closely you can see a drop shadow on the tag. The 2nd version has a different font and effects and has a ton of stuff added in but you can't see it because of the accursed lighting .__.

an ugly wind effect that I now regret adding in going from the left to the rightHehe, actually I liked that effect ;) You see, every person has a different taste.
Could make it less bright? I actually enjoy deep, vibrant colors :D The effect of brightness makes it "glow" but at the same time the colors look "washed out." And I love deep turquoise and azure colors ;) (I hope you don't find my comments picky ^^)
Btw. this sig is BIG :D
Can you tell me what resolution is your monitor?

It's a question that I ask most people who tag. Forr me it takes 30 minutes - 1 hour. My best are Usually 1 1/2 hours.

Normally an hour flat:- I'm picky with what I use and I try to add stuff till I just can't anymore. That and I'm not very good with blending in fonts and I experiment a lot being the newb I am :(
