Gendou is for music download though you can download animes from there too. You only need to register. If you want to download animes then I suggest aniweblog, you need to download megaupload first, nearly all fo the animes are on megaupload, though there are some what's on mirror.

Well I use http://gendou.com OR you can go to google type "intitle:index of" (quotations needed) followed by the name of the anime and mp3 so like "intitle:index of" porcupine tree mp3 you should see links that say "Index of" and then you find the songs right click, and "save link as" this can give a lot more options if you are looking for music from the anime besides intros and endings. Like for themes and such.
EX. http://letmegooglethatforyou.com/?q=%22intitle%3Aindex+of%22+porcupine+tree+mp3 then if you clicked first link it gives you a list of songs then the "save link as" and it's yours.
Another site is http://www.chibi-osts.net/
You can do any of the above, or download youtube downloader. Its easy, download the video with the audio of the song in it (ex. search for the song and you should find such a video) then convert it to a windows multimedia file. Then edit it in windows movie maker to convert it to a mp3 file. If you don't have windows I'm sure other systems have similar programs, meaning you would have to convert the file to something else. Pm me if you have further questions about this.
