The film Tenchi Muyo in Love was released after Tenchi Universe.

I think that most of the Tenchi series display different ways that the story could have gone since in Ryo-Ohki he meets everyone for the first time as well. And if I'm not mistaken, it's the same for the GXP installment. Tenchi in Tokyo seems to be consistent with one of the previous series though, I haven't bothered to check yet.

In an interview done w/ the creator the Tenchi series was explained in this way, each series is meant to be more or less standalone, every time he finished a series he would look at how it was received and what he thought of it, then he would make changes based on what he though mostly and occasionally what fans thought and that would be the general basis of the next tenchi series, that way it was constantly evolving, sort of like he was trying to create the perfect series run for tenchi, it's pretty much the normal creation process any other anime creator would go through, the only difference is that this guy aired all the possibilties instead of just a final product

I was watching your Witchblade dubbed on here and i was really likeing it but now im at episode 17 and there is no more dubs only subs for it.. I can deal with the subs fine cuz i watch alot in subs (like gundam 00) but like someone stated in the subs or dubbs poll i started the series in dubs and id like to finnish it in them. after saying all of that lol i was just wondering if the other 8 eopisodes of the series were ever english dubbed becuase i cant find them anywhere?

yes that's the one Zaraki, it's a pretty good show, I mean I haven't watched all of it, but I finished the manga, and while I know they added like 20+ eps just for the anime so far I've been satisfied w/ it, it's just a matter of dl'ing all the eps that take place after the ones we have and uploading them, then just waiting for them to finish subbing the series

if we can find a fansub group subbing it right after it starts coming out we will, in the meantime you should probably find out who subbed the first season that met w/ your approval and go request that they sub the 2nd season at their site that way we have a better chance of it happening

Well seeing as how its kind of an older anime, subs might be harder to find for it, but we might look into adding the sub of the series later, but right now our priorities are to fix the broken videos that still need to be repaired from Stage6, but once we get that done I might look into finding the subbed version.

it may be coming out this month, but we still have to wait for the subbing companies to get a raw version to start translation, and then while they work on the timing, typesetting, editing, etc, they look for a higher quality raw to add the subs to, once that is done they go through numerous quality checks and more editing if necessary before it is available, so depending on how quickly the process goes, even if the movie aired last weekend it may take until the beginning of may for it to be available

we can try to look when we finish w/ the rest of our current workload but to be honest I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for it, we upload what we can find and that's usually it, we don't really go out looking for dubbed versions as most ppl want subbed, if you really want a dubbed copy I suggest hititng ebay or a discount dvd store online and buying the series so you can watch it both ways

there's a reason why you can't find the episodes you want to see in subbed.. because the subs haven't been released yet. We grab the subbed episodes as soon as they come out so it's out of our control when the subbers release the episodes.

A well plotted anime that in my opinion didnt last long enough. Historical characters such as Musashi, The Legendary Swordsman and hinting at a few events of the time make this a decent story. Worth checking out for any Kenshin or Brave Fencer fans. I'd love to see those here.
