Anyway, Mermaid Melody seems to be like the typical Magical Girl anime just like Sailor Moon. What I want to know is what sets it aside from the rest and deserves my time? Tokyo Mew Mew and Shugo Chara! each had something that appealed to me, what does Mermaid Melody have?

it has mermaids and they can sing lol but also it has a great romance line in the story and it is very whell drawn ... it is mostly a girls anime thow so if your not in to thing like that then don't worry but it is simmlar to tokyo mew mew ...

I wanted to watch, I watched the first episode. Why the heck has she got (the heroin) male voice?! Couldn't they chose a more feminim voice?
