Again, what was the software you used to make this design? And do you know anything about building websites?

Ummm I used photoshop to make the template, but as of right now I have no idea how to build a website anymor e^ ^ but im gonna relearn

Now, that might get "tricky" depending on how "complicated" you web is gonna be and what kind of effects you want to use, especially flash. : ) Do you know where will you start? Will you try to learn how to write the code... or use some software like Dream Weaver?

You would be able to code all that in HTML (but then HTML isnt anything special) you should do a few online tutorials on Flash then you could make an awesome page :)
