Elfen Lied

So I just finished watching the elfen lied serious, It was pretty intense. Although there seem to be some stuff left out in the end, I wonder if they will make anymore.

It was a good anime, I mean, who doesn't like limbs being torn off or people being decapitated by invisidible (Intentionally Spelt that way) hands.

Couldn't really enjoy the story, knowing the main character could go batshit crazy at any moment.

So far, I've only watched the first episode. I can't get ep 2 to play =( Buuuut I am liking it so far.

Quite a disturbing series really, but still very good in its own right. The blood and gore is pretty in your face, and SUDDEN! the first ep with heads getting yanked off n such, intense.

They've made the OVA, which explains a lot of what the series left out, gives you a better idea of just what is going on n why, plus character backstory galore. I reccomend watching the OVA greatly.

F1rst of all, this is my favorite anime/manga of all time. second, in Japan (lucky bastards,) there were 30 or so extra manga chapters released after the conclusion of the anime. these aren't absolutely neccesary chapters, but the are still interesting

I watched it and i loved it. I felt the same way they did seem to leave stuff out. But i read somewhere ( cant remember where) That they were thinking about making a second series. So i don't know, but it is amazing everything had soo much meaning.

When I watched the first episode I couldnt get enough of it, I had to watch the whole series. I was pretty bummed out by the way it ended. They didnt have it end the way it was in the manga, they could have made at least 30 episodes.

I continued with the manga version and it has alot more action and twists in it. So far only 79 out of 107 chapters have been released.

One of those anime what I have on cd. Usualy I dont waste my time to wrote anime in cd but one friend told me to wach Elfen lied.
Usualy we like the same anime, so I did what I was told,, unfortunately I have to go to my country side, so I though that I could wrote Elfen Lied in CD and whach them there.
Unfortunately again, some eps has russian dubs. My mom dont get a thing in english, but she knows russian eaven better that I. As you could imagine later, we have very serious conversation about my mental health but that didnt stop me waching it untill the end come.
I dont think that I could wach ir again, but not because Im afraid of blood or something like that. Particulary, there is nothing what could make me feel sick or wierd, I has seen allot of ugly and disgusting things in my quite short life, Im saying that all so you woudnt get the wrong idea that Im some barbie girl who scream, when see a spider(actualy, Im big fan of spiders, but that again isn what I wanted to say right now).
Elfen Lied was one of those things what made me feel wierd, because I coudnt to foresee what will happen next. You see a nice, little girl but in next momment she loose some part of hers body. A nice puppy got beaten till the dead by some little school boys.
I cant say too anyone, wach Elfen Lied, its so cool, and I dont think that anyone who has wached this anime serious enought could do that, but in the same time, I cant say that anime was bad or wrong. I would say that Elfen Lied is for specific moments of life.
Ovas wasnt that great, at least for me, I thought that they has lost that aura what made Elfen Lied so good and sick in one time.
Music was good enought, in reality, opening was great, that made you think about those crazy thing what you will see next, but I found ending distraction, that sugar song in my oponion, shoudnt be after all those things what you saw in ep.
Looks like its modern now too cut ending of and dont say story till the end, but I dont like that, ending was too indefinite for my tase.

OMG Elfien Lied is my second favorite anime ever right next to Claymore. Now i dont go out and buy many animes on dvd but i had to buy this. It was just soooooo cool i mean come on Vectors people there freaking sweet. Elfien Lieds first episode has to be pretty much the best episode ever out of all the animes I've ever watched.

yeah i enjoyed this alot more than i originally thought i was going to. It is definitely up there with the more intense anime shows that i've seen.

Elfen Lied was pretty good(haven't finish it yet)but sense i'm a gurl it was kind of like...ummm weird..>.> watching the first ep. wit the gurl half naked...and whatever..>.> but omg!! the first ep. was like BANG BENG!i! ppl flying wit no head...arms flying around..woah, that was like too much for me...but then there was like something about it i just couldn't stop watching...i just want to know how it ends,,,,:p
