I pretty much loathe every echi comedy anime series that has ever been made. It's so ridiculously perverted and bizarre that I feel like biting off the nose of it's creator whenever I'm adding one to the site.

Thats the point i dont think that there is anything to really understand in that show its a little girl, with a potty mouth, who goes on missions for the president, abuses her robot, has a dog, doesnt pay rent, and eats belgium waffles thats the whole point of the show
