Comments Disabled & Removed
It’s been a while since I actually updated everyone through the main site about the latest news, but I thought this was important enough to do so.
Lately you may have noticed animefuel.com being slow at times and taking way too long to load. To counter this problem I have been going around optimizing pages to reduce page size and reduce dynamic content on the site. Dynamic content being stuff pulled from our database.
One of the biggest changes is to remove comments from displaying on the site. I have of course made a backup but hopefully we will notice a difference in performance over the next few weeks. I should also add that as comments are no longer shown you are very welcome to join the forum instead where you can discuss anime with other members of the site.
